| This photo was submitted by Tom Cullens. He said that he would describe this as being east of McCree Hall and west of the railroad tracks (later, the site of "Newtons", in the 70's). The man in the picture is Wimberly W. Cullens, and the woman is Josie Fannie Branch Cullens. Note the 'Mayor's Office' sign." Wimberly W. Cullens was mayor during 1914-1917, so this photo would date during that time. |  |
